I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and one of the top producers at my company. I have previous experience as a Loan Officer originating mortgages all over the country with Lending Tree. I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S.B.A. in Real Estate Finance. I am married with two children and am a native of Charlotte.
Helping individuals identify and achieve their home buying goals is my passion; whether it be their very first home, next home or investment property. Financing is my strong point. I have the ability to go over my client’s income, debts and credit to determine their eligibility and educate them on the right mortgage program to fit their needs and goals.
My specialization since 2005 has been in Bank Owned Foreclosed Homes. I work as a buyer's agent primarily by tracking and researching our local Bank Owned homes and matching my client's criteria up to those 100's of properties that are significantly below market value. My contacts in the industry are the very best Loan Officers, Real Estate Attorneys and other professionals in the area that know what it takes to make these types of transactions go smoothly.
HOW I WORK:
After we speak on the phone about your upcoming home purchase I will invite you into my office at 11535 Carmel Commons Blvd. Suite 101, Charlotte, NC 28226. My face to face presentation lasts about 45 minutes and then we will customize a game plan and search method to follow your goals. Once we find your home; I negotiate the terms of your purchase on your behalf with the seller. I stand by my clients throughout the entire process; helping with lender required documents, inspections, appraisals, assisting in the acquisition of home warranties, scheduling your closing and being there for you at any time including after closing.
