I started in the real estate business in 2005 when my husband and I began investing for ourselves. We have since acquired a nice portfolio of rental properties, which we manage ourselves, and have both become licensed brokers.
I am licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and worked as a listing broker for bank and HUD-owned properties for two years before joining Realty Trendz in 2009. I have worked with both real estate investors and owner-occupants who are looking for the perfect home, and I look forward to using my personal and professional experiences to help new clients.
